Labor Day this year also happened to be Gage's 2nd Birthday. He loves tractors or as he says"cot-too". So after the parade, BBQ's, etc.......he got his very own tractor. This thing goes pretty darn fast for a 2 year old , but being the type of kid Gage is he just cruises on the thing. We also took his picture by one of the HUGE tractors that were in the parade. The tires were ginormous.
Because I'm a slacker mom we haven't yet had b-day cake for the kid, but at least he got a present right? Since Brev's b-day is also in Sept. we'll just do both.
We have always went to the carnival on Friday night, but apparently the secret is out about it being dollar night. It was crazy busy. Luckily we were there early enough that we beat most of the crowds. This was Brevin's favorite ride because it went up in the air. 
Mikinlie took her BFF Grace so she would have somebody to ride the bigger kid rides with and the boys had a blast together. I never could get a picture of the two girls together, except when they were in the truck :)

I was surprised Brevin wanted to go but he did great. I should have guessed he would like it after his favorite rides at the carnival were the "flying" ones.
The ride was a fundraiser for a little girl who has cancer, so part of the money went to the family. Mikinlie used to take dance with the girl.
PHEW!! Nothing like cramming tons of stuff into a weekend.
We also went to the fireworks, the booths in the park at least twice, Swiss Days for me :), Mike helped his bro install a sprinkler system, Kinlie had a sleepover, the band concert, etc......
